Can I bring my pet?

Although we love animals we are not able to welcome pets at As The River Bends Retreat at this time. 

Is smoking permitted on retreat property?

Smoking is not permitted in the domes or throughout the retreat property. We kindly ask for you to smoke only in your private outdoor space near your dome. If it is discovered that smoking has occurred in the dome, there will be an automatic $250.00 charge for cleaning.

Are there minimum night bookings?

There is a 2 night minimum booking requirement for weekend stays. During our winter season we offer single night weekday bookings perfect for a winter escape! For more information please contact us. 

Can you book more than 2 nights? 

Absolutely! There are so many things to do and enjoy in the area we would love to have you stay with us longer.

What are the arrival & departure times?

We are excited to welcome you for your stay after 3:00pm. If you are coming later than 6pm please contact us to arrange late check in options.

Our check out time is 11:00am. 

Are there quiet hours?

After 10:30pm we ask guests to be mindful of their noise level and to be respectful of other guests and wildlife. We are confident you will want to enjoy the peacefulness and stillness of the retreat,  you may even hear “Hoot” our resident owl!

What is the cancellation policy?

At time of booking 50% of your stay is due, the remaining balance will be charged at time of check out. We are a small retreat and last minute cancellations can greatly affect operations and our guests. We would love to welcome you but understand that things happen therefore to best accommodate everyone below is our cancellation policy. 

14+ days prior to check in date: full refund

4-14 days prior to check in date: admin fee of 25%

3 days prior to check in date: no refund but able to reschedule (based on availability)
