Can I bring my pet?

Pets are welcome with their responsible owners in The Pine treehouse.
1. Clean up after your pet throughout the entire retreat property
2. Do NOT disrupt other guests (includes barking)
3. Must be on leash at ALL times
4. Pets are not be left alone in the treehouse at any time
To be mindful of all of our guests pets are not allowed on the furniture.
If our pet welcoming guidelines are not followed and if any damages or excessive cleaning is required then a $250 cleaning fee will charged to your credit card

Is smoking permitted on retreat property?

Smoking is not permitted in the domes or throughout the retreat property. We kindly ask for you to smoke only in your private outdoor space near your dome. If it is discovered that smoking has occurred in the dome, there will be an automatic $250.00 charge for cleaning.

Are there minimum night bookings?

There is usually a 2 night minimum booking requirement for most stays. However we do offer single night stays when availability allows. For more information please contact us. 

Can you book more than 2 nights? 

Absolutely! There are so many things to do and enjoy in the area we would love to have you stay with us longer.

What are the arrival & departure times?

We are excited to welcome you for your stay after 3:00pm. Our check out time is 11:00am. 

Are there quiet hours?

We ask guests to be mindful of their noise level and to be respectful of other guests and wildlife. We are confident you will want to enjoy the peacefulness and stillness of the retreat,  you may even hear “Hoot” our resident owl!

How do I book a culinary experience or add-on?

Add-ons can be added when booking your accommodation. If you need help, just contact us.

What is the cancellation policy?

At time of booking 50% of your stay is due, the remaining balance will be charged at time of check in. We are a small retreat and last minute cancellations can greatly affect operations. We would love to welcome you but should you need to cancel the following policy applies:

14+ days prior to check in date: full refund

14-7 days prior to check in date: admin fee of $50

7 days or less prior to check in date: no refund

Should we ever need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances our hearts would be broken and we would be happy to offer either to reschedule your reservation or offer a full refund. Please know this would only happen in the rarest of situations and never without deep consideration.
