Our accommodations are well-appointed with a private bathroom, kitchenette and private hot tubs!
You will be surrounded by the comforts of a luxury hotel yet many of the items found at the retreat are earth friendly; either sustainably made, up-cycled, reloved, or reimagined.
Stay comfortably both physically and consciously.
All of our guests will also have access to the numerous special spots throughout the retreat property such as gardens, trails, river & Cedar sauna.
The Cedar
The Cedar is our barrier-free dome. It is located closest to the driveway and fire pit areas. Guests will feel that they are a part of nature as they look through the trees towards the river.
Sleeps 2 on a Queen sized bed with luxurious sustainable linens.

Spacious private ensuite bathroom with custom shower, vanity, towels, robes, slippers. Sustainably made soaps & shampoo also provided.

The Maple
The Maple Dome is close to our mindfulness garden and trails. Guests will feel like they are sleeping with the trees.

The Pine Treehouse -Opening May 16
The Pine will excite the inner child in all of us. Nestled 10 ft up among the pine trees, this treehouse cabin offers guests a truly unique off-grid experience.
This treehouse cabin sleeps 2 in a queen bed with organic linens. Bedroom cabin space is heated with propane heater

Can I bring my pet?
Although we love animals we are not able to welcome pets at As The River Bends Retreat at this time.
Is smoking permitted on retreat property?
Smoking is not permitted in the domes or throughout the retreat property. We kindly ask for you to smoke only in your private outdoor space near your dome. If it is discovered that smoking has occurred in the dome, there will be an automatic $250.00 charge for cleaning.
Are there minimum night bookings?
There is usually a 2 night minimum booking requirement for most stays. However we do offer single night stays when availability allows. For more information please contact us.
Can you book more than 2 nights?
Absolutely! There are so many things to do and enjoy in the area we would love to have you stay with us longer.

What are the arrival & departure times?
We are excited to welcome you for your stay after 3:00pm. Our check out time is 11:00am.
Are there quiet hours?
We ask guests to be mindful of their noise level and to be respectful of other guests and wildlife. We are confident you will want to enjoy the peacefulness and stillness of the retreat, you may even hear “Hoot” our resident owl!
What is the cancellation policy?
At time of booking 50% of your stay is due, the remaining balance will be charged at time of check in. We are a small retreat and last minute cancellations can greatly affect operations and our guests. We would love to welcome you but understand that things happen therefore to best accommodate everyone below is our cancellation policy.

4-14 days prior to check in date: admin fee of 25%
3 days prior to check in date: no refund
